DESCRIPTION:The Dean Stockdale Quartet.\nMaking a welcome return to Jazz@Davenham are the Dean Stockdale Quartet who wowed the audience when they last played in 2023. \nThe Celebrating Oscar Quartet is a relatively new quartet playing inventive arrangements of Oscar Peterson’s original compositions together with music that he was associated with. \nDean Stockdale is a highly regarded jazz pianist\, arranger and composer based in the North of England. He is known for his sensitive\, swinging style and regularly appears around the UK  with some of the best names in UK jazz. SUMMARY:Spitting Feathers Band - In the Limelight
DESCRIPTION:Spitting Feathers band are making their third appearance at Davenham theatre\, having performed sell-out shows here in 2022 and 2023. \n\nTheir music is an eclectic mix of pop and soft rock covers and you can expect to hear well-known numbers from Fleetwood Mac\, The Stereophonics\, Ed Sheeran\, Tina Turner\, George Ezra and many more\, all played in the band’s own signature style. \n\nThe band features strong female and male lead and harmony vocals supported by keyboards\, guitar\, bass and drums.  \n\nIn addition to their covers material\, the band has composed and recorded several original tracks\, one of which has been showcased by Radio Northwich as its ‘record of the week’. \n  \nThe event will feature a charity raffle in aid of St Luke’s Hospice \nSaturday 28th September 2024 at Davenham Players Theatre\n\nTickets @ £12 are available online through TicketSource \n\nAnd @ £6 for students & under 16s by phoning our Booking Enquiries line\n  \nDoors and bar open at 7.00pm \nPerformance starts at 7.30pm\n
