SUMMARY:Jazz Jack Pearce Quintet
DESCRIPTION:(c) Image credit Bluesock Photography \nJACK PEARCE QUINTET\nTHURSDAY 28TH JANUARY 2027\nDescribed as “A band about to make its mark on UK Jazz”\, The JPQ (Jack Pearce Quintet) showcases Jack’s original compositions that pay homage to jazz traditions while injecting a fresh\, inventive spirit. A band of Leeds Conservatoire Alumni\, the JPQ focuses on a fusion of melodic and technical excellence.  \nDrawing influence from Post-bop and 90s world fusion\, the original compositions have a uniquely open and interactive approach. The bands strength is particularly apparent in a live setting where countless hours have been dedicated to every facet of the music\, then refined on the stage\, culminating in an exciting musical experience. \nStrong rhythms underpin vibrant\, playful melodies creating a fusion complimentary to both traditional and modern jazz. Coming off the success of their first UK tour\, the JPQ are quickly building a reputation as a band to watch on the UK jazz scene. Debut Album titled Church Lane  released on 9th October 2026. \nThe Band \nJack Pearce: Alto Sax \nSam Hughes: Guitar \nJoe Frost-Tesfaye: Piano \nDan Sanderson: Bass \nAngus Haygarth: Drums \nLinks \n\nWebsite- https://jackpearcesax.com\nInstagram- https://www.instagram.com/jackpearcesax/\nFacebook- https://www.facebook.com/jackpearcesax/\nYoutube- https://www.youtube.com/@JackPearceQuintet\n\n\n=========================================================== \n\nThe box office is able to take bookings for one gig at a time\, but do make a note of the dates which are of interest to you during our forthcoming season so that you can make your bookings at the appropriate time. \n\n\n\nIf possible\, make your requests via email\, but don’t forget to give us a little bit of notice if you know that you are going to be unable to attend.  We appreciate that there will always be unavoidable\, unforeseen circumstances\, but clearly we want to make places available and fill all possible seats\, particularly for gigs in high demand. \n\n\n\nWe are not a profit making organisation\, but we do want to keep breaking even in order to keep music live. \n\n\n\nBooking Enquiries Call Keith on 07990 703 787\nor email jazz@davenham.co\n\n\n\nPlease do not assume that your places are confirmed unless you have had a response from J@D and\, if you have not\, then contact us again \n\n\n\nDoors & Bar 7.30pm Gigs start @ 8pm\n   Tickets £15\n\n\n\nFrom JAZZ@DAVENHAM TEAM\nGREAT GIGS\nFABULOUS BANDS\nClick to see the full Jazz Programme
