Spitting Feathers – Taking Centre Stage
18th October @ 7:30 pm - 10:00 pm

Following sell-out shows in 2022, 2023 and 2024, the band returns to Davenham playing their eclectic mix of well-known pop and soft rock covers to suit all tastes
From 1970’s classic hits through to more contemporary material, you can expect to hear anything and everything from Fleetwood Mac, Bryan Adams and Oasis through to the Foo Fighters, Ed Sheeran and George Ezra. The evening will start with some more laid back and chilled numbers but, later on, you can be certain that the band will perform songs that will get the audience singing and dancing along.
In addition to a wide range of covers, you will also hear some original compositions by the band, one of which was chosen by Radio Northwich as its record of the week.
Fronted by strong male and female lead singers, the band delivers tight backing vocals and harmonies. Instrumentation includes electric guitar, bass, keys and drums but, when the song calls for it, you may also hear a mandolin, acoustic guitar, harmonica plus a range of percussion.
Sit back and enjoy your evening with Spitting Feathers band at Davenham Players Theatre with its cosy atmosphere, comfortable seating and a fully licensed bar.
The event will feature a charity raffle in aid of St Luke’s Hospice
