Welcome to Davenham Theatre

Home of the drama group, but also to jazz@davenham and other music events. We offer space in our intimate auditorium to visiting companies, music groups or other local events such as Northwich LitFest whenever we can. Davenham C of E Primary school have staged their end of year musical with us for the last few years.

The Davenham Players aim to stage three main plays each year with maybe smaller events such as quizzes and poetry events filling an any gaps in-between. We encourage use of our space by local arts, craft groups and charities whenever possible.

COVID PANDEMIC

Davenham Players follows current government guidelines in force at the time. We expect anyone who visits the theatre to follow government advice as regards being vaccinated and tested.

jazz@davenham has become a well-known name in the North West. Run by local volunteer enthusiasts, the gigs attract large regular audiences in our cosy setting. Visiting musicians love the hall’s acoustics and tell us that it is wonderful to play for such appreciative and knowledgeable folk. jazz@davenham now attracts top-flight instrumentalists & vocalists from Manchester and beyond who together with audience atmosphere, acoustics and (cask) ale from Tatton brewery cannot be bettered.
